There are several coaching slots available every week / month - so when you start your sessions is dependent on what you would like to achieve in your sessions.
Each coaching session lasts for 1 hour. Dr Asher will generally then, arrange your next coaching session, leaving enough time for you to make progress on agreed goals.
There are three sessions in each coaching plan. You are then able to book further plans if you would like to continue having 1-2-1 coaching sessions. There are no limits to the number of coaching plans you can book, although actions will be assessed to ensure you are making progress with your desired plan.
Each coaching plan costs £197.00.
If you are a member of ARISE, you can purchase a discounted coaching plan.
You can pay for plans in one payment, which is also the best option if you would like your coaching sessions close together. You can also pay for your sessions in three payments. This will also spread out your coaching sessions - but not by much.
That's up to you!
I am a firm believer that the skies are the limit, if you have a focus, a pathway to get you there and some form of accountability to hold you to the committments you make to yourself. This is what my coaching will add to your journey.
